Cookie policy

A short list, because it is a short list. Everything essential is here to take an order; the only optional item is basic analytics.

01

What these are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage does a similar job with more room and, unlike a cookie, is never automatically sent to the server. We use both, sparingly.

No advertising trackers

There are no third-party advertising pixels on this site. We do not run retargeting, we do not share browsing behaviour with ad networks, and nothing here follows you to another website.

02

What we set

The table below is the complete list. Strictly necessary items do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, because the site cannot function as a shop without them. Anything not strictly necessary is only set if you accept it.

03

Refusing or removing them

You can refuse optional cookies when asked, and change your mind later by clearing this site’s data in your browser and choosing differently.

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site, usually under Settings, then Privacy, then Cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary items will stop the bag from remembering anything and may prevent checkout from completing, so the site becomes difficult to use as a shop.

Clearing site data also empties your bag, because the bag lives in your browser rather than on our server.

04

How this relates to your data

What we do with personal data more generally — including your rights over it and how long we keep it — is set out in the privacy policy.

Questions about either are answered at hello@auryx.co.uk.
